DISCOVER HARBOUR ISLAND Harbour Island Vacation Rentals Harbour Island is a quaint tropical Out Island that is due east of Eleuthera. It is reached via a water taxi at Three Island dock in Eleuthera. Visitors to Harbour Island generally fly into the North Eleuthera Airport (ELH) where they can take a 5 minute taxi ride to the dock where they pick up the water taxi.
